7 Cheats to Fit Exercise into Your Schedule

A common thing people tell me is that they don’t have time to exercise.  The Simple Dollar outlines 7 ways you can trick yourself into exercising.  Two of the methods involve going to the store or commuting to work by either walking or riding a bike.  Think about it – if your grocery store was 2 miles or less from your home, why not literally “run” to the store the next time you need to pick up just a few items for dinner?
