HIIT Class Every Tuesday!

Hiit Class

  Hey gang!  I'm excited to announce that I'll be teaching a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class every Tuesday at 6pm at 24/7 Health and Fitness, located 1614 Main Street, Suite B, Columbia, SC 29201.  Each class is just 30 minutes, and is FREE to 24/7 Health and Fitness members, or just $5 for non-members.  Space is limited to 5 participants.  Check my Facebook page for updates. Intro to Pilates Class - July 2, 2015

  Why?  Pilates is a fantastic core exercise for everyone!  While some people have heard of Pilates, but have never taken a class, and don't know what it is.  This class will introduce the basic Pilates movements in a 45 minute mat class.  If you're a beginner or experienced Pilates student, come on our for a great core workout! When?  Starting Thursday July 2, at 6:00pm, and each Thursday after that. Where?  24/7 Health and Fitness Center, 1614 Main Street, Suite B, Columbia, SC 29201 Who?  Pilates students of all levels! How much?  Free to Gym members, $5 per class for non-members. What do I need?   A couple of things: A yoga mat - I like 1/2-inch thick mats because it gives me more cushion when pressing into the mat, but your taste may vary.. I've always hated exercise and getting on the floor, out of the question. Eight weeks ago, I didn't know what to expect or if I could successfully do the program.
