Do this Warm Up to Do More Pull Ups – This video shows you how to perform the pull up shrug as a warm up for pull ups.

Liar Balls – During my Whole 30 challenge, I’ve fallen in love with the site Nom Nom Paleo.  You don’t have to be on the paleo or Whole 30 diet to enjoy some of these meals.  Case in point, this recipe shows you how to easily make your own Lara bars, aka Liar Balls.
