Why? Pilates is a fantastic core exercise for everyone! While some people have heard of Pilates, but have never taken a class, and don’t know what it is. This class will introduce the basic Pilates movements in a 45 minute mat class. If you’re a beginner or experienced Pilates student, come on our for a great core workout!
When? Starting Thursday July 2, at 6:00pm, and each Thursday after that.
Who? Pilates students of all levels!
How much? Free to Gym members, $5 per class for non-members.
What do I need? A couple of things:
- A yoga mat – I like 1/2-inch thick mats because it gives me more cushion when pressing into the mat, but your taste may vary..
- Bring a bottle of water with you to stay hydrated.
- Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you freedom of movement.
