Our mental attitude goes a long way to our success in our fitness journey.  If you focus on how hard the exercise is, or how much you don’t want to exercise, then your results will falter.  That’s why it’s important to find exercise that you enjoy doing.  Having a positive outlook and focusing on the successes, even small ones, will have a great impact on how well you do in your fitness journey.

I've always hated exercise and getting on the floor, out of the question. Eight weeks ago, I didn't know what to expect or if I could successfully do the program. Philip was so patient with me and trained me at a level that I could sustain. I have never been excited about working out. I actually began to look forward to working out with him.
