Saturday May 2 is National Pilates Day! I’m currently studying to be a certified Pilates Mat instructor, and I’ve been doing Pilates for almost two years. It’s my go to program for core strength and flexibility. It’s helped me with breath control principles that I use in my weight training. Most guys might shy away from Pilates, but it is very a very challenging exercise but also very relaxing. If you’ve never done it, this weekend is the time to try it out.
