Sometimes you just don’t feel like working out. You had to get up at 5am, drive 4 hours, and sit in meetings all day. You just want to lay in the hotel bed, eat take out, and watch TV….But you change clothes, head to the hotel gym and put in a solid 30 minutes kettle bell circuit, and you’re so glad you did.
The only workouts you regret are the ones you miss.
Here’s my Hotel Kettle Bell workout.
5 minute warm up on elliptical
1. Goblet Squats – 10 reps
2. Single Leg Straight Leg Deadlift – 10 reps each leg
3. Sumo Deadlift – 10 reps
4. Kettle Bell Swings 12 reps
5 minute cool down on elliptical
Do 3 circuits of each without stopping, and take a 1 minute rest in between each circuit.
