Meet Srikanth T.  Srikanth is a husband, expecting father, and ace software engineer.   Srikanth started working with me because he wanted to get back into an exercise program, and specifically wanted to get stronger.  He also wanted help getting better at being able to do the activities of daily life, because while setting up the baby’s new room, he was finding it difficult to just move a few pieces of furniture.

We worked together on the 8 Week New Start program, with a specific focus on increasing his muscular strength and endurance.  He just finished the first 8 weeks, and at the end of the program he increased his muscular strength by 10% and his muscular endurance by 40%!  In our last session, he set new PRs on the bench press and the back squat.

Since working together, he says he’s been able to move furniture all by himself, and he was able to carry his in-laws’ 40 pound suitcases into the house without breaking a sweat or getting out of breath.
