This is my go to mid-morning snack – Protein Yogurt. It’s easy to make and delicious. Here are the ingredients:
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (I use Trader Joe’s Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt)
- 1 scoop protein powder (I’m using Muscle Pharm Combat Powder now because of it’s lower carb count)
- 1/2 cup of wild blueberries (I just get the frozen bag at Trader Joe’s)
Just put the cup of yogurt in a bowl, and add the scoop of protein powder. Stir with your spoon until it’s mixed well, throw in the blueberries, and you’re done!
Estimated macros: 285 calories, 2g fat, 20g carbs, 47g of protein
