Protein Yogurt Recipe

Mid-Morning snack - Protein Yogurt #fit  This is my go to snack, easy to make and delicious:  1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2 cup wild blueberries.  Estimated macros:  285 calories, 2g fat, 20g carbs, 47g of protein | July 25, 2014 at 10:47AM
This is my go to mid-morning snack – Protein Yogurt.   It’s easy to make and delicious.  Here are the ingredients:

  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (I use Trader Joe’s Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I’m using Muscle Pharm Combat Powder now because of it’s lower carb count)
  • 1/2 cup of wild blueberries (I just get the frozen bag at Trader Joe’s)

Just put the cup of yogurt in a bowl, and add the scoop of protein powder.  Stir with your spoon until it’s mixed well, throw in the blueberries, and you’re done!

Estimated macros: 285 calories, 2g fat, 20g carbs, 47g of protein
