In my fitness journey, there are some different tools that were key in the changes I made.

FitDeck is a great “gym in your pocket.”  Take it with you on vacation and you can come up with an exercise routine on the fly.

Bodylastics are portable and don’t take up much space in your house.  You can do almost every type of resistance exercise with them.

The TRX Suspension Trainer
is also portable, and lets you get a full body work out with just your body weight.  In addition, they’re great for performing post work out assesited stretches and doing various mobility exercises.

 

Beat the Gym by Tom Holland help me examine exercise intensity, and to examine what realistic fitness goals are.

Encyclopedia of Sports & Fitness Nutrition by Liz Applegate help me look at food as fuel, and realize the importance of eating right in combination with regular exercise.
