No matter if it’s wanting to get stronger, to do “prehab” work to become injury resistant, or to play better in your next tennis match; we can help you reach your goals!
Personal Training Packages
4 Week Kick Start – $200
Includes Basic Fitness Assessment, 2 weekly personal training sessions for 4 weeks (total of 8 sessions), and a customized exercise program according to your goals.
6 Week New You Program – $275
This 6 week program includes the Basic Fitness Assessment, personalized exercise plan according to your goals, two (2) personal training sessions per week (total of 12 sessions) for 6 weeks, and an end of program re-assessment to show you how far you’ve come!
Couples Fit Program – $280
A training program designed for couples or those looking for an exercise partner to be their accountabuddy! This program includes two training sessions per week for 4 weeks (total of 8 sessions) for up 2 people. Both participants will receive an exercise program tailored to their goals and fitness level.
One (1) Personal Training Session (1 hour) – $30
A 45-60 minute, one-on-one session. This can be used to work on a specific goal or exercise, or to craft a work out plan for you.
