Small Choices Add Up

Healthy eating is more than just one meal or snack.  It means making a number of small choices each day that add up over time.  This video from Choose My Plate outlines some good principles for making healthier eating choices.  One I personally try to apply is to eat seafood at least twice a week.  I’ve found that keeping a bag of frozen shrimp in the freezer makes for a quick and easy meal.
