So…I got this new Chapul bar…it’s made of crickets

So...I got this new @chapulrevolution bar from @getcairn this month. The protein source is crickets. Not the weirdest thing I've eaten, but still. Verdict: not bad! #philiplooneyfit | May 18, 2016 at 03:59PM
I got this new Chapul bar. The protein source is crickets. Not the weirdest thing I’ve eaten, but still. Verdict: not bad!  The cricket protein is ground up small enough that it’s not like you know you’re eating crickets, and any taste is masked by chocolate flavor.  The reason cricket protein is getting more popular is that crickets take only 8% of the feed and water that cows do to generate the same amount of protein.

I've always hated exercise and getting on the floor, out of the question. Eight weeks ago, I didn't know what to expect or if I could successfully do the program. Philip was so patient with me and trained me at a level that I could sustain. I have never been excited about working out. I actually began to look forward to working out with him. At the end of the eight weeks, I feel stronger, I have more energy, and my sleep has improved. I'm even down seven pounds. I was so pleased with the results that I signed up for an additional eight weeks. Thanks Philip!  (Individual results may vary)
