This is my go to mid-morning snack - Protein Yogurt. It's easy to make and delicious. Here are the ingredients: 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (I use Trader Joe's Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt) 1 scoop protein powder (I'm using Muscle Pharm Combat Powder now because of it's lower carb count) 1/2 cup of wild blueberries (I just get the frozen bag at Trader Joe's) Just put the cup of yogurt in a bowl, and add the scoop of protein powder.
