Think fun when exercising and you’ll eat less later

For me, Saturdays are my "fun" work out day, where I go to the gym and just do different exercises that I might not do during the week.  Usually it is something that involves plyometrics, body weight, or functional movement - things like Box Jumps, Kettle Bell Swings, Jacob's Ladder, and TRX.  Now this might not sound like fun to most people, but I look at as a way to try different moves and challenge myself.  Usually, I end up doing stuff like this: I thought about this because of this study that shows by thinking of exercise as fun, you will end up eating less. I've always hated exercise and getting on the floor, out of the question. Eight weeks ago, I didn't know what to expect or if I could successfully do the program. Philip was so patient with me and trained me at a level that I could sustain. I have never been excited about working out. I actually began to look forward to working out with him. At the end of the eight weeks, I feel stronger, I have more energy, and my sleep has improved. I'm even down seven pounds. I was so pleased with the results that I signed up for an additional eight weeks. Thanks Philip!  (Individual results may vary)
