Whole 30 Challenge Starting August 1

Whole 30 Challenge

Hey guys!  Jessica at 24/7 Health and Fitness is starting a Whole 30 Challenge!  Beginning August 1, 2016 we’re all going to go 30 days following the Whole 30 nutrition plan.  You can download all the materials for the plan, including the principles of the plan, a shopping list, recipes, and more at Whole30.com.   If you want more details on the plan, including a ton of recipes and a 14 day meal plan to get started with, you can buy the book here.  Even if you’re not local to Columbia, you can sign up to join us by emailing Jessica at urfitfabtrainer@gmail.com to join our group.

If you are local, Jessica is hosting a free seminar on Wednesday August 3 to review the program and the benefits of healthy eating.  Join here.

For my part, I’m going to be blogging my experience on Whole 30 here for the world to see.  Because what’s the point of having a blog if I can’t record my thoughts and feelings, hmm?

I've always hated exercise and getting on the floor, out of the question. Eight weeks ago, I didn't know what to expect or if I could successfully do the program.
