I don’t know about you guys, but Mexican food is hands down my favorite type of food. However, many times it can end up being very fattening with lots of cheese, sour cream, and chips. However, MyPlate.gov teamed up with Goya to provide a free cookbook that has Mexican and Argentinian recipes that are more nutritionally well balanced (and affordable).
