When you want to be a supple leopard but you are too much at that BBQ .... Just got in this book, Becoming A Supple Leopard - I heard if it before but it came recommended by another trainer locally. I'm about to dig in on it this weekend. #philiplooneyfit | May 28, 2016 at 06:45PM

Just got in this book, Becoming A Supple Leopard – I heard of it before, probably from Tim Ferris; but it came highly recommended by another local trainer. I’m about to dig in on it this weekend.  What are you reading this summer?

I've always hated exercise and getting on the floor, out of the question. Eight weeks ago, I didn't know what to expect or if I could successfully do the program.
